Greetings to you! I am an American Federal prisoner, 6’3” tall, 200 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. I am 38 years old, and been in prison continuously since age 20. I am serving 2 life sentences for a bank robbery/murder which I did not commit, and was given 2 death sentences last year after being forced to defend myself in prison.
I used to earn my living by running martial arts schools and fighting professionally (fighting is both vocation and avocation for me). I continue to maintain a high level of fitness. I am well read, and enjoy discussing classic literature, philosophy, and ancient history. I also write poetry, as well as short stories in several genres.
Prison life has taught me to make the best of any situation. I’ve found that happiness need not be predicated u pon what one has, nor where one is, but simply upon ones state of mind. After all, as Lovelace said: “Stonewalls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage.”
Still, as I have little to no countact with the outside world, I would find myself considerably happy if I had someone with whom to correspnd. So, if you were able to find a little time in your life to write me, I would be grateful. I believe you would benefit as well, as you will find me to be an entertaining conversationalist, and a staunch friend.
