Are you an American citizen? Are you thoroughly disgusted with the economic and political climates in our country? Would it surprise you to learn about mega-fraudulent acts being perpetrated by the justice system throughout The United States? Acts so egregious, that despite little or no media exposure, there are many credible State & Federal officials who remain wrapped up in what amounts to a mind blowing conspiratorial cover up, resulting in tax payers being bilked unknowingly for TRILLIONS of illegally-embezzled funds used to fund cash cows like The Death Penalty.

The Californian State Legislative Body along with other state officials were the subject in part, of an comparative study done on the application and failures in the existing death penalty protocols which was rendered on June 30th, 2008 by The California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice, a study which resulted in a comprehensive report with numerous recommendations to fix the broken system of Capital Punishment.

The study on its face illuminates what ultimately were found to be (violations of statutory law) and TRILLIONS in tax fraud, embezzled from the people of this great nation.

Fifty-five million dollars later and the recommendations to fix all of the problems given by CCFAJ.org, a few select Death Row Inmates have come upon a bunch of new terribly-controversial pieces of evidence that would compel you to contact your State Senator and or Assembly men.

What we can prove, is that these issues violate United States Statutory and Constitutional Laws of these very land. The millions spent on how to figure out a way to increase the efficiency of the Death Penalty appeal system and to bring immediate resolve to the voluminous problems in the criminal justice system, were at one point laid out for final approval and wouldn't you know it, our brilliant California State Governor, Arnold (The Terminator) Schwarzenegger, veto'd all of it.  Why would he want to fix a cash cow?

California pays $ 250,000,000 per inmate from start to finis in the Death Penalty process. From arrest through trial, conviction, housing, medical and for the entire duration of our individual appeals which deliberately get strung out for thee decades or more when in earnest, the next state in line with a wholesome price tag for similar services to the tax-payer, comes at a cost of a mere $ 37,000,000 a whopping $ 213,000,000 less than California for the same damn thing. Here is the proverbial kick in the pants --- California has almost 700 inmates on Death Row. Do the math.
