This data can not be allocated to certain persons by the German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty. The data will not be combined with other data sources, besides the data will be deleted after a statistical evaluation.

The German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty protects your personal data of unpermitted access, use or publication. The German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty takes care that your personal information which you store on the server are stored in a controlled, safe environment in which unpermitted access and publication are prevented. In case of a communication via E-Mail, the complete data safety can not be guaranteed by us so that we recommend to you to send a message by mail if you have confidential information. Upon request of the responsible institutions and authorities we are allowed to pass on information about this individual-related data as far as this is necessary for the purpose of the prosecution, for the danger prevention, for the fulfilment of the statutory tasks of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights of others.

The German Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty reserves the right to amend these safety and privacy measures as far as this becomes necessary because of the technical development. Persons under 18 years shall not transfer any individual-related data to us without the parents’ or legal guardians’ consent. We do not request any individual-related data from children and adolescent persons, we do not collect such data and do not pass on these data to third parties.
